The word 'katsu' itself can also be written in a different way as 勝つ, which is read in exactly the same say (a homophone).
Katsu (勝つ) means "to win" or "to gain victory". (e.g. 試合に勝つ!, shiai ni katsu! = I'll win the game!)

1. Get the streaming-media URL
   This seems obvious. But just in case you have difficulties getting the MMS streaming URL, you can open the webpage where the streaming video is embedded using Firefox, and then click the menu Tools -> Page Info.You can get the embedded media URL as at the following picture:
   
   
2. Launch VLC Media player, and then click on File -> Open Network Stream...
3. Select the "HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/MMS" option, and specify the URL.
4. On the advanced options section below, check "Stream/Save" and click "Settings..." button.
5. On the Outputs section at "Stream output" window, check "File" option, specify the file name, and check the "Dump raw input."
6. Click OK to close the "Stream output" window
7. Click OK one more time to start downloading the streaming video

I hope this is useful to those who want to save the streaming video and to watch it later.

So, after scratching my head for a couple of hours (not literally), I found something that, I think, was not accurately specified:

1. Personalizable attribute needs to be specified
2. Use WebBrowsable instead of Browsable attribute

I had Affogato last night at 1Caramel at around 10pm-11pm. It was so frenzied, I felt like losing myself. Luckily there were somebody there to help me out of the misery. >.<

Haha.. Enough for the hyperbole. I was not drowned and nobody got hurt. The Affogato that I had last night was coffee-based beverage consists of a scoop of vanilla ice-cream topped with 2 shots of espresso.

Here is the picture when it was first served.

I sipped the espresso and it was very acidly-bitter. Sure enough that I was not going to enjoy it. However, when you pour the espresso over the vanilla ice-cream. It tastes really nice, actually.

Yummy! Yummy!

So now why bother trying to do it again?

1. I lost touch with my friends' life. Meaning that I don't know what they are doing, what they feel, what they think, what they are up to, etc.
   OK.. Blame it to my ignorance, because I hardly bother to make the efforts, and because I tend to keep things to myself.. I seldom share what excites me, what triggers my curiosity, or what pisses me off.. So, take this as my effort to make myself available.
2. A new decade has just begun.
   So where the heck had the past decade just gone to?? Human forgets. Especially me. So, I need something to help me remember, means to know where have I been, what have I done, etc.
